This project was a LUXURY level Partially Occupied Staging job.  We consulted with the owner and decided to completely paint the home’s interior and repair some damaged wood floors.  We helped the owner decide what to pack and what should stay for the best staging design.  We thoughtfully staged the entire home with high end furniture, bedding, and accessories to make it beautiful and inviting and to command the highest price.  The home sold in 7 days – over list price.
