Melinda is an accomplished creative visionary with experience building businesses from the ground up. She has over 20 years of experience designing, directing creative teams, managing budgets, and managing projects. Her business travels have taken her all over the world- exposing her to many cultures, art, fashion, and architecture.
In 2014, she began investing in residential real estate as a side hustle and found her true passion—transforming properties into beautiful, comfortable, and functional homes that make her buyers fall in love. Her unique skillset and passion for all types of design makes her work stand out.
In 2020, she left the corporate world to focus her creative energies on 20/20 Staging and Design. She now offers personalized services to her clients including: design consultations, home renovations, reno project management, color consultations, partial home staging, vacant home staging, interior decorating, home organization, and Short Term Rental rehab / design.
When Melinda and Jeff “tied the knot” in 2020, Jeff decided to join the 20/20 team. He is a business leader who brings a wide range of expertise to the company. With over 20 years in portfolio management, sales, landscape design, and construction—he is a very valuable part of the team. Jeff manages projects, coordinates movers, manages inventory, and negotiates contracts and pricing.
Even though Jeff is usually behind the scenes, he also supports the team on staging days and helps with landscaping/ hardscaping needs on our redesign projects.
